This was a long cherished project. The grand parents' winery in the historical centre of Elne having become too small, we had to find a new location for vinification and storing.

Along with the 2005 harvest our dreams have come true: in the midst of our vineyards, in front of the Albères mountains, we have built a magnificent new winery for vinification, oak-aging and storing.
