It is a pleasure for us to present you the history of the Domaine Sol-Payré, our wine region and wine makers' tradition and know-how, and of course our wines , produced, bottled and signed Domaine Sol-Payré.
You will discover some recipes that go well with our wines, useful information about our region and the millenary city of Elne and its renowned Cathedral and cloister, as well as a number of links for further exploration of our beautiful Roussillon.
We look forward to welcoming you at our Old Winery in the historical centre of Elne, in our shop in Saint Cyprien Plage as well as (by appointment) at the new Winery, Coteau Saint Martin.
Furthermore, this site allows you to discover or rediscover our wines by making orders online.
