1. Online (e-mail) orders
Domaine Sol-Payré dispatches its wines exclusively to addresses within French mainland territory. Exceptionally orders from neighboring countries (Spain, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Italy, Andorra, Monaco) may be accepted if the shipping address is within the boundaries of French mainland territory close to the French borders. We kindly ask you to request further information before making orders.
Domaine Sol-Payré will decline all orders to be delivered outside the French mainland territory. In case such orders should be placed nonetheless and subsequent advance payment be done, reimbursement and all related fees will be entirely at the expense of the account holder having placed such order.
Online orders are shipped on receipt of the full billing amount.
2. Shipping
Merchandise is shipped at the risk of the buyer who will verify shipped products on delivery. In case of loss or damage, all grievance must be addressed directly to the company in charge of the shipping. All complaints regarding our products must be done within 8 days from delivery. Title to the products and the right to retake possession of the products shall remain with us until all amounts owing to us in respect of the products have been fully paid to us in cleared funds.

Personal data collected on this site through contact forms is accessible to Domaine Sol-Payré exclusively and will not be divulged to third party.
